Police in Commerce are trying to track down a suspect in two armed robberies, one at a Walgreens Pharmacy and the other at a nearby Domino’s Pizza. Surveillance photos released by the Commerce Police Department show a white male suspect believed to be in his 30s, standing about 6-2 and weighing around 200 pounds.
A woman is killed in a crash on Yonah Homer Road in Banks County. Another woman was injured and taken to Northeast Georgia Medical Center in Gainesville.
Two suspected methamphetamine traffickers are arrested in Elbert County: Joshua Lunceford is 36 years old, William House is 38. They were booked into the Elbert County Detention Center.
